conjunctio is a state of divine inspiration where instinctual desires are purified and brought to conscious understanding. in this heightened state of awareness, we resolve the contradictions between mind and body to achieve wholeness. this rarely happens all at once, nor does it last. instead we receive glimpses of intuition and insight, flashes of deep meaning that reassure us we're on the right track. - Jeff Hoke

kate: Joy and ebullience, a delicate touch, being able to gently handle others as necessary, having energy to burn, keeping yourself stimulated, activity, being able to easily share your space with others, delayed gratification, mutually respect of boundaries, honouring your inner child, the positive and nourishing aspects of play, play therapies, expressing your message eloquently, messenger from the Spirit. This is a desription of Otter Animal Totem. I feel a deep connection to this animal, and think its' traits describe me pretty well too.
